Delete your account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Yozora account and all associated data. There are two options, depending on whether you still have the Yozora app installed on your phone.
Option 1 — In the Yozora app (fastest)
If you still have the app installed, this is the quickest way:

If you've already uninstalled the app, email us:

What gets deleted
Either method removes everything we hold about your account:
- Your profile — email, name, preferences
- Your Inbox — every deal you've been notified about or tapped
- Your post-flight feedback (if you've left any)
- Your push notification token
- Your subscription record (if you upgraded to Premium — note that any future billing is handled separately by Google Play, see below)
What about my Premium subscription?
Deleting your Yozora account does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription billed by Google Play. To stop being charged, you also need to cancel the subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions before or after deleting your account.
How long until it's done?
In-app deletion is immediate. Email deletion is completed within 30 days, usually within 24 hours. Server backup snapshots are overwritten on their normal rotation, so any trace of your data is gone from backup within 30 days too.
