Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Yozora account and all associated data. There are two options, depending on whether you still have the Yozora app installed on your phone.

Option 1 — In the Yozora app (fastest)

If you still have the app installed, this is the quickest way:

Open Yozora and sign in.

Tap Profile in the bottom tab bar.

Scroll to the bottom — the Danger zone card.

Tap Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)

If you've already uninstalled the app, email us:

Send an email from your registered Yozora account email address. We can only process requests from the email tied to the account being deleted — this is how we verify it's really you.

Address it to ross.king781@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my account.

We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days — usually within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

What gets deleted

Either method removes everything we hold about your account:

What about my Premium subscription?

Deleting your Yozora account does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription billed by Google Play. To stop being charged, you also need to cancel the subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions before or after deleting your account.

How long until it's done?

In-app deletion is immediate. Email deletion is completed within 30 days, usually within 24 hours. Server backup snapshots are overwritten on their normal rotation, so any trace of your data is gone from backup within 30 days too.
